For Plain Uniforms:
We offer returns or exchanges for plain uniforms only. Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise to report any issues or complaints. We will review your claim, and if deemed an error on our part, we will either replace or exchange the item(s) or issue a credit for your next order. Refunds will be processed once we receive confirmation that the item(s) have been returned to Alsra Sports. Note that returns due to incorrect sizing are not accepted, so please carefully review our size chart before placing an order.
For Custom Uniforms:
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for custom uniforms (which include team names, logos, designs, or custom colors). We strongly encourage customers to order a custom sample of their designed uniform to inspect the overall look and ensure it meets their expectations. Once the Order Detail is approved and the customer chooses not to order a custom sample, Alsra Sports is not liable for any dissatisfaction.
Accessories:
All accessories included in our package deals (such as socks, backpacks, bows, pom-poms, etc.) are FINAL SALES. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered for these items.
Please Note:
Alsra Sports does not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges, redos, or a credit note for future orders.
All uniform returns or issues must be reported within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. Claims or return requests must be submitted via email, including a detailed explanation and, if necessary, photos to support the claim. Our quality assurance team will review your case, and if deemed an error on our part, we will replace the merchandise or provide a credit accordingly. If it is determined that the issue is not our fault and we can provide supporting documentation, Alsra Sports reserves the right to deny the claim or request.
